Qiao Peng said that due to the absence of relevant laws and regulations of the DBO mode in China, contract becomes very important, there must be detailed provisions of responsibilities and obligations in the contract.

Zhang Yun said DBO mode may be more feasible in small and medium-sized cities.

3.Xu Guodong, senior environment prefessional

Xu Guodong said value creation in DBO mode can be in two ways: First, in operation ; the other,in the process of design and construction, especially in design procedure.

4.Fu Tao, director of water policy research center, Tsinghua University

Fu Tao predicted DBO mode is going to become one of the main modes in the field of wastewater treatment in the next 3 or 5 years.
